The "National Diamond Prospecting Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), which has been brewing for a long time, has recently passed expert argumentation. The "Proposal" proposes that a new round of diamond prospecting work in the country will target five regional strategic constituencies in the North China Cratontun fault zone, the Erdos Gulu, Taihangshan fault zone, the Yangtze Craton Xuefeng ancient land, and the Tarim Craton. The "Proposal" requires that the national diamond strategy survey based on the Tanlu fault zone and Xuefeng Gulu should be carried out at different levels to basically identify the potential of national diamond resources, establish a typical ore deposit model and prospecting model, and enrich China's diamond prospecting. According to the "Program", China's diamond prospecting will be promoted in four levels. First, select a key target area with relatively high level of work, known diamond mines and peripherals, rich prospecting information, and prospecting prospects, carry out diamond prospecting investigation and evaluation or exploration and demonstration work, and explore diamond mineral producing areas.
