Natural granite is more suitable for its application than natural marble because it has higher physicochemical properties than natural marble. However, no matter how many fields of use and classification, the quality of appearance is nothing more than the three aspects of shape, surface processing and quality. Therefore, at present, the stone industry classifies the classification of natural granite building plates according to the shape, surface processing degree and quality level.
Classified by stone product shape
1 general plate (codenamed PX): Although there is no definition of the general plate in the building materials standard, the building and stone industry is generally considered to be a rectangular plate. The most used one is the 10^-30mm thick plate.
2 arc plate (code HM): refers to the same veneer plate at the radius of curvature of the contour of the decorative surface. See Figure 1-3.
3 Shaped plate (code YX): All shapes of plates other than the general plate and the circular plate.
Classified by surface processing degree
1 matt plate (codenamed YG): The stone veneer is flat and delicate. It can make the light full of reflection.
2 mirror panel (codenamed JM): The stone finish can emit a certain image, and the light can reflect back part of the light in the light. The stone of the gloss unit can be measured with a gloss meter.
3 thick panel (codenamed CM): refers to the rough and orderly stone surface, the sawing of the end face or the hammering of the plate.
Classified by quality level
1 According to the specifications of the general plate size deviation. Flatness tolerance. Angle tolerance, appearance quality The general-purpose plate is divided into three grades: superior product (A), first-class product (B), and qualified product (C).
2 Arc plate according to specification size deviation. Straightness tolerance. Line profile tolerance. Appearance quality The stone arc plate is divided into superior products (eight), first-class products (1 strength, qualified products (C) three levels.
3 Shaped plates Because the shape has no uniform form, the stone can not establish the tolerance of the system to constrain the quality. Such products are generally agreed by the supply and demand sides according to the design and use.
