**Abstract**
Binhai High-tech Zone and China Auto Parts Industry Co., Ltd. have recently signed a cooperation agreement, marking the establishment of the China Auto Parts (Tianjin) Industrial Base within Binhai High-tech Zone. This major project aims to create an internationally advanced platform for research and development, industrialization, and services in the auto parts sector. The initiative is expected to bring together leading component manufacturers and related enterprises from around the world, enhancing the region's position as a key player in the global automotive industry.
According to the plan, the company will invest heavily in the construction of the industrial base, with a focus on building a state-of-the-art R&D and production facility. To support the growth of the project, an industrialization fund has been set up to provide financial backing for various stages of development. The project is located in the Future Science and Technology City, a core area of Binhai High-tech Zone designed to foster innovation and technological advancement.
It is estimated that the annual output value of the project will reach 10 billion yuan once fully operational. The first phase of the project will be launched in the Future Science and Technology City of Binhai Science and Technology Park, with construction expected to begin in the second half of this year. Looking ahead, the Ninghe Development Zone will reserve additional space to accommodate future expansion, ensuring long-term growth for the international-level auto parts industrial base that integrates R&D, service, and industrialization. This strategic move underscores the commitment of both parties to drive sustainable development and strengthen the competitive edge of China’s auto parts industry on the global stage.
