1. Before operating the washing machine, check the power cables for any damage or wear to ensure there are no electrical faults. Make sure all connections are secure and the machine is in good working condition.
2. Inspect the connection box of the recovery tank. Open the top cover and check the connection between the suction hose and the tank. Ensure all components are properly connected and sealed. Verify that the suction hose is correctly attached and that there are no leaks.
3. Install the scrub brush or needle holder. Place it flat under the cleaning plate in the center, aligning it properly. Secure the fasteners and step on the pedal to gently lower the cleaning plate. Wash the floor with the brush or clean the needle seat. Press the lower right side of the control handle and activate the switch.
4. Adjust the suction cup. Position the suction cup handle and lever so that the suction disk makes proper contact with the floor. Adjust the left and right wheels to ensure they are at the same height. Turn the adjustment knob so that the angle between the absorbent pad and the ground is approximately 45 degrees for optimal performance.
5. Start the operation. Turn on the main power switch, then activate the washing switch and the suction switch. The cleaning brush should begin rotating, and the suction cup will start to remove water from the floor.
6. Open the water valve lever to adjust the flow of the cleaning solution. The solution should evenly wet the floor without overflowing beyond the anti-slip rubber. The amount of solution used depends on the type of flooring, its cleanliness, and the speed of the machine.
7. Begin the cleaning process. Move the machine to the right, turn left when approaching a wall, and guide the wheel when it comes into contact with the wall. Always clean in an organized pattern to avoid overlapping and ensure thorough cleaning.
8. When the recovery tank is full or filled with fresh water, open the drain cap immediately and empty the tank to prevent overflow and maintain efficiency.
9. After finishing work or when the battery is depleted, or during a lunch break, you may charge the machine. First, close the water and washing switches, then turn off the main power. Remove the scrub brush or needle seat, and disconnect the battery cable.
10. It is recommended to clean the suction cup, needle seat, or floor brush after each use to maintain performance. Wipe the exterior of the washing machine regularly to keep it in good condition.
This daily maintenance helps prolong the life of the equipment and ensures consistent cleaning results. Always follow safety procedures and inspect the machine before and after each use.
Infrared band-pass filters are designed to detect and measure gases in the atmosphere. Many gases show specific absorption lines in the mid-to far-infrared range. The gas concentration can be measured using a filter that allows monitoring of the uptake of this particular gas.
