Before operating the washing machine, check the electrical wiring for any damage or signs of wear to ensure the machine is in good working condition. Next, inspect the connection box of the recovery tank. Open the upper cover and check the connection between the suction pipe and the recovery tank. Ensure all components are properly connected and sealed. Confirm that the suction pipe is correctly attached and that the seal is tight.
Install the scrub brush or needle holder. Place it flat under the cleaning plate in the center, aligning it properly. Secure it with the fasteners. Step on the pedal and gently lower the cleaning plate. Once in place, the floor brush or needle seat will be ready for use. Press the lower right side of the control handle to activate the switch.
Adjust the suction cup by placing the handle and lever in position. Lower the suction disk onto the surface. Adjust the left and right walking wheels so they are at the same height as the suction cup. Turn the adjustment knob to set the angle between the absorbent tape and the floor to 45 degrees for optimal performance.
Start the operation by turning on the main power switch, followed by the washing and suction switches. The cleaning brush will begin to rotate, and the suction cup will start to collect water. Open the water valve lift rod to regulate the flow of the cleaning solution. The solution should evenly wet the floor without overflowing from the anti-fouling rubber. The amount of solution used should vary depending on the type of floor, its cleanliness, and the machine's speed.
Begin the cleaning process by moving the machine to the right, turning left when approaching a wall, and guiding the wheels along the wall. Always clean in an organized manner to avoid overlapping and ensure effective cleaning.
When the recovery tank is full or if you need to refill it with fresh water, immediately open the drain cap and empty the tank to prevent overflow.
At the end of the workday, after the battery is depleted, or during a break, you can charge the machine. First, turn off the water and wash switches, then disconnect the main power. Remove the scrub brush or needle holder and disconnect the battery cables.
It is recommended to clean the suction cup, needle holder, or floor brush daily before starting the cleaning process. Wipe down the exterior of the washing machine to maintain its condition and prolong its lifespan. Regular maintenance ensures the machine operates efficiently and safely.
