Before starting the installation, assist the team in submitting the required special equipment start-up report. Review the construction organization plan, installation procedures, technical requirements, and any hidden project records to ensure compliance with standards. After installation, the company should conduct a comprehensive self-inspection, operation test, and load test. Once everything checks out, submit the equipment for inspection and acceptance by a certified special equipment inspection agency. Only after passing the inspection and obtaining the “Safety Use License” can the crane be officially put into service.

Following successful acceptance, the user must keep all relevant technical documents, installation details, and inspection reports in the crane’s safety technical file. This file should also include records of future periodic inspections, maintenance, modifications, and any incidents that may occur during operation.
