1. Refrigeration Principle:

Our system utilizes advanced "direct evaporative cooling" technology, which works by absorbing heat from the air as water evaporates. This process occurs at constant enthalpy, meaning that the sensible heat of the air is reduced, resulting in a drop in dry-bulb temperature. This natural phenomenon is commonly experienced in daily life—such as when you feel cool after a breeze blows over wet skin on a hot day. The evaporation of water absorbs the heat from the surrounding air, effectively lowering its temperature.

2. Wet Curtain Features:

The wet curtain, made of multi-layer corrugated fiber sheets, plays a key role in this cooling process. As fresh air passes through it, the water on the surface evaporates directly into the air, significantly reducing its temperature. The wet curtain has excellent water absorption and airflow characteristics, along with a built-in filtering function. The contact area between water and air is nearly 100 times the surface area of the material, ensuring efficient heat exchange. It is durable, water-resistant, corrosion-proof, and maintains its shape over time. With proper maintenance, it can last more than six years under normal use.

3. Ventilation Principle:

During hot summer months, when the difference between the dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures is significant, the cooling effect of evaporative cooling is particularly effective. Outdoor air is first filtered and then cooled by the evaporative air conditioner before being continuously circulated into the room. At the same time, stale, hot, and polluted air is expelled outside. This not only lowers indoor temperature but also improves air quality by increasing oxygen levels.
