The project not only enables the diamond to achieve multi-layer directional distribution, but also uses a number of new technologies such as iron-substituted cobalt, pre-alloyed powder and rare earth in the carcass. The most important thing is that the project technology has been put into production line to start regular production. Has been sold to foreign markets. The project technology has applied for the national utility model patent and obtained the authorization, patent number ZL200720084656.1.
In fact, the industry manufacturers have precedents for the production of such saw blades, but the diamond fabrics have not been automated, and the efficiency is low, and they have not been put into industrial production. The automatic cloth device developed by Wanbang Laser Co., Ltd. does not use any adhesives and additives, and will not cause any pollution to the carcass.
