Adjustment method of the upper and lower weights of the vibrating screen:
1. Change the phase angle of the upper and lower weights to change the movement trajectory and residence time of the material on the screen. In order to adapt the sieve machine to the separation state required for various materials, such as material distribution, treatment volume, separation efficiency, and network rate, it should be adjusted to the optimum state.
2. The hammer on the vibrating screen should not be adjusted. Open the bottom barrel adjustment hole and loosen the lower weight fixing bolt. According to the trajectory of the sieved material, adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower weights in the opposite direction to the discharge port (refer to the figure below). . Then put a small amount of material on the screen surface, make the sieve machine run, and check the movement track of the screen surface material. If the processing parameters are all at the best effect, stop the fixing bolts and stop the adjustment. (Remember to tighten the fixing bolts) .
Note: Sometimes due to the influence of parameters such as specific gravity, humidity, stacking inclination angle, etc., it is impossible to adjust the phase angle once, so the user should have sufficient patience to adjust and make the sieve machine play its high efficiency.
3. Adjustment of additional weights. The upper and lower weights are equipped with additional weights, which are used to increase the exciting force of the screen machine. According to the number of layers of the user's screen machine and the specific gravity of the material, the excitation force is increased or decreased, and the number of additional weights is increased or decreased. It can make the sieve machine achieve the best screening effect.
