Energy saving and environmental protection air conditioning maintenance

1) Routine inspections are conducted systematically based on the equipment’s operation and customer requirements to ensure smooth functioning and long-term performance.

2) To maximize the efficiency of the evaporative cooling unit, it is important to operate the product under the following optimal conditions:

  • a) Ambient temperature: 18°C - 45°C
  • b) Relative humidity: ≤ 85%
  • c) Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa - 106 kPa
  • d) Water supply should be softened, with a maximum temperature of 45°C and a pressure range of 0.15-0.6 MPa
  • e) Voltage deviation must not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage
  • f) Air quality in the environment should meet or exceed GB 3096 Level 3 standards
  • g) The installation area must be free from corrosive substances

3) This product is flammable. Avoid any exposure to fire sources during transportation, installation, or operation.

4) Before use, always check that the inlet and drain pipes are properly connected. Poor connections may lead to leaks, which could damage surrounding equipment or cause other issues.

5) For optimal performance, make sure there are enough open doors or windows for air circulation. If natural ventilation is insufficient, consider using blinds or additional mechanical ventilation systems.

6) Never disassemble internal components like the evaporator or top cover while the machine is running. If maintenance or repair is required, always turn off the power first to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.

7) During installation, inspect the motor condition and ensure that only correctly sized fuses or wires are used to avoid electrical hazards.

8) In areas with high levels of airborne dust or pollution, it's recommended to install an air filter to improve system efficiency and longevity.

9) For environments where precise control of temperature and humidity is critical, consult a professional technician for proper setup and guidance.

10) If you notice any unusual behavior or malfunction during operation, contact the manufacturer or your local service provider immediately for assistance.

Preventive Maintenance Guide

1) Pre-season maintenance: Before the cooling season begins, inspect the unit’s perimeter and air intake area for any obstructions or debris.

2) Daily maintenance: Clean the unit regularly by pressing the “Cleaning” button on the control panel each day to flush out old water and prevent bacterial growth or unpleasant odors.

3) Cycle maintenance: After 1–2 months of continuous use, clean the unit if the water curtain becomes wet, the filter is clogged, or the surroundings are too dirty. Timely cleaning helps avoid malfunctions and ensures smooth operation.

4) End-of-season maintenance: When the unit will not be used for an extended period, turn off the water supply, press the cleaning button to drain all water, and then disconnect the power to prevent freezing damage and mosquito breeding.

5) Internal cleaning: For units operating over long periods, it is recommended to perform a thorough internal cleaning every 1–2 months. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on how to disassemble and clean the unit safely.
