The first phase of the project will invest 120 million yuan and cover an area of ​​130 mu. Everything was busy and orderly. According to reports, the current reduction workshop, gas station, raw material workshop, rotary kiln, boiler, gas station and underground pipe network of the plant have been completed. On March 26, the ignition can be adjusted and the product can be produced in May.
The total investment of the project is 1.02 billion yuan. After 3 years, the construction of Hebidi Endi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which has the capacity of 50,000 tons of high-quality magnesium and magnesium alloy deep-processing products, has been under construction since November 18 last year. When the reporter came to the construction site of the project, he was suddenly shocked by the busy and spectacular construction scene. I saw that the powerful excavator “swallowed” one by one, and the large vehicles waiting for it transported the loess away. It took little work and a flat land was in front of us. It is understood that the current land leveling of the plant has been completed more than 160 acres, and the first phase of the project 10,000 tons of high-quality raw magnesium smelting plan was completed and put into operation in October.
Hebi Wuhua Magnesium Processing Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the production of magnesium alloy and high-purity magnesium since October 2002. It has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of high-quality magnesium alloy, high-purity magnesium and magnesium rod production line and two magnesium die-casting production lines and three magnesium. Extrusion production line, the products are exported to Europe, America, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and other countries and regions. In the packaging workshop, silver-colored magnesium alloy parts are neatly grounded by the workers' grinding. Feng Jiangang, general manager of the company, said with pleasure to reporters: "The magnesium alloy parts that are being commissioned are sold to South Korea. At present, we are cooperating with Hebi Boda Group Electronics Co., Ltd. to develop original magnesium alloy TV sets, hoping to have some in-depth processing. exhibition."
Hebi Jinshan Magnesium Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Daheyu Xugou Coal Mine and Hong Kong Myers Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., has an investment of 110 million yuan and covers an area of ​​150 mu. It mainly produces magnesium alloy auto parts. According to the relevant person in charge, the second phase of the project with an investment of 80 million yuan is under construction. Five standard workshops have been completed, mainly engaged in magnesium alloy extrusion, magnesium alloy sheet, product assembly, etc. It is expected to be put into operation at the end of the year.
