This paper focuses on the characteristics of quality and efficiency of horizontal and Ω vertical disc spraying methods and combines their advantages and disadvantages to develop a new coating painting process to achieve high production efficiency and surface quality while spraying. The method that can be improved, the new technology of vertical electrostatic painting described in this article has been verified after many tests and production in its purpose.
