Amino acid foliar fertilizer can be produced by using soy flour plus dappa amino acid foliar fertilizer. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. Prepare containers and raw materials. First prepare the cement tank or vat for fermentation. Measure the weight of soybean meal for fermentation and determine its water content. The general water content is 12%; prepare brown sugar and rice vinegar.

2, adjust the ratio and moisture. According to the ratio of 1:100, that is, 100 kg of soybean powder, and 1 kg of kappa amino acid foliar fertilizer, it must be stirred evenly. This process can be called inoculation. Adding sweet and sour water to the soy flour after bacterial inoculation, the moisture content of the soy flour material was adjusted to 55-60%. Adjustment method: Because 100 kg of soy flour with a water content of 12% itself carries about 12 kg of water, plus 48 kg of sweet and sour water, the total water content is about 50 kg. Sweet and sour water production method: 5% of the brown sugar water and 3% rice vinegar can be mixed into the required amount of water.

3, the material is naturally placed. The soy flour material, which will be adjusted to the moisture content, is naturally left for 12 hours. This process may be referred to as "settling bacteria."

4, the accumulation of material fermentation. Transfer the naturally placed material to be fermented to the cement pool or large cylinder for accumulation and fermentation. To ensure ventilation, the stacking thickness is generally not more than 60 cm. After the stacking is completed, cover with gauze or plastic cloth, and pay attention to insulation, moisturizing, and cleaning.

After the start of fermentation, the fermentation temperature should be maintained at 20-25°C for 7-10 days. When the accumulative fermentation temperature reaches 300-400°C, it can be turned over once. Immediately after turning, the cover is covered and the fermentation is continued until it accumulates. When the fermentation temperature reaches above 600°C (20-25 days), the fermentation material forms a mass, the odor disappears, the fermentation can be stopped, the fermentation material can be turned in time, and dried one day (water content is 40-45%);

5. Soak material and extract. The dried fermented material was transferred to a container and soaked in 5% brown sugar to extract amino acid water. Soaking ratio is 1 kg soy flour plus 5% brown sugar water 5 kg, soaking time is 5-15 days, soaking is completed (no odor, dark brown liquid), the amino acid water should be extracted with a vacuum pump in time, good packaging, in the shade Keep it at your office.

The amino acid fertilizer obtained by fermenting soy flour with the amino acid foliar fertilizer is not only used as a foliar fertilizer, but also used as a seed fertilizer and a root fertilizer.
