Temperature Difference Control Collector Cycle
In a solar water heating system, temperature sensors are installed on both the collector and the storage tank. When the solar collector absorbs sunlight, its temperature rises. Once the temperature difference between the collector and the water in the tank reaches a pre-set value (Δt), the control system activates the circulation pump. This pump draws cold water from the central heater and sends it through the collector, where it is heated before returning to the storage tank. This process continues until the water in the tank reaches the desired temperature.
2. Floor Heating Pipe Circulation System
A hot water circulation pump is used to manage the flow of heated water through the floor heating pipes. The controller monitors the water temperature and automatically turns on the pump when the set temperature is reached. This allows the heated water to circulate through the floor heating coils, gradually raising the indoor temperature. If the water temperature drops below a certain threshold, the pump will automatically shut off, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.
This system not only improves thermal comfort but also ensures that the heat is distributed evenly throughout the space. By using temperature-based control, the system avoids unnecessary energy consumption and maintains a stable indoor environment. Whether for residential or commercial use, this type of heating solution offers both reliability and cost-effectiveness. It’s designed to work seamlessly with the solar heating system, creating an integrated and efficient way to manage home heating needs.
