What are the operating procedures and precautions before using the liquid blasting machine? Before use, the blasting machine should be connected to the air source and power supply of the blasting machine to open the power switch on the electrical box. The pressure of the compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve is set to be between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa as needed.
The thing to be aware of is to choose a suitable abrasive injection machine to add sand when it is added slowly to avoid blockage.
When the blasting machine is stopped, the shovel power and air supply must be turned off. Check each machine for abnormalities. Always check that the connections at each pipe are strong. Do not drop any items other than the specified abrasive into the work compartment to avoid affecting the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the workpiece to be machined must be dry.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to start compressed air without the gun being fixed or hand-held!
So what are the operational procedures after the use of the sandblasting machine?
When you want to stop machining urgently, press the emergency stop button switch and the sand blasting machine will stop working. Cut off the power and air supply to the machine. When it is time to stop the shift, first clean the workpiece, close the spray gun switch; clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sandblasting chamber and the abrasive material attached to the mesh plate to make it flow back to the separator. Turn off the power switch on the dust collector and the electrical box.
Finally, the sandblaster abrasive should be thoroughly cleaned to clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sandblasting gun and the abrasive attached to the mesh plate to flow back to the separator. Open the stopper at the bottom of the sand control valve and collect the abrasive into a container. Add new abrasive to the cabin as needed, but start the fan first.
