The machine's feed rate has been increased from 0.005 mm to 0.0001 mm for batch processing of higher value molds and parts. The Y-axis of the machine adopts C5 precision ball lead screw and servo drive, with Mitsubishi PLC precision numerical control, bed table grinding wheel automatic correction compensation system, optical ruler feedback, 16-color touch panel setting. The main shaft is cooled by water cooling to ensure stable accuracy. The Y-axis control breaks through the um-level infeed obstacle, reaching 0.0001mm, and the Z-axis minimum display value is 0.001mm.
