The rubber gasket is used to adjust between the traction gear cover and the motor. The rubber gasket can absorb vibration, so that the vibration of the gear cover is reduced as much as possible. In order to ensure the clearance between the inner side surface of the cover and the end surface of the gear, the gasket selected should be thinner. The modulus of elasticity is larger, and the free height of the selected gasket is calculated according to the given preload.
Originally, there are two tension bolts on each gear cover. It is recommended to make the two tension bolts into one piece, which is H-shaped. The upper hook is flattened and drilled, and the bolt passes through the hole from top to bottom. The function of positioning the hole will not cause the phenomenon that the original pre-tightening force is too large to pull the hook.
Each cover uses two sets of tension bolts to further strengthen the overall rigidity of the gear cover, and eliminates the hidden danger that the tension bolt may fly onto the rail. The gear cover mounting bolts also use rubber gaskets, which can absorb vibration and weaken the vibration of the gear cover. On the other hand, it can also play a role in slowing down.
