The average daily temperature in the 23-25-day basin area will drop by 3-6 °C, with light rain in most places, moderate rain in some parts of the east and south, snow or sleet in some parts of the northern mountainous area, and showers (snow) in the western Sichuan Plateau. There are medium to heavy snow in some parts of the north. From 30 to 31, there will be sporadic light rain or light rain in some parts of the basin, and the average daily temperature will decrease. The average temperature in the past is normal in most parts of Sichuan Province compared with the same period of many years. 4-6 °C in the north of the basin, 6-8 °C in the south, about 1.8 °C in Malcolm and Kangding, about 8 °C in Xichang, and about 12 °C in Panzhihua City. Compared with the same period of many years, the total precipitation in Xun is normal in most parts of our province. The eastern and southern parts of the basin are 3 to 11 mm, and the rest of Sichuan Province is 0.1 to 3 mm.
According to this suggestion:
1. All localities should pay close attention to the weather changes and do a good job in the field management of small spring crops. Grasp the favorable precipitation process in the latter part of the year, actively carry out soil water conservation and conservation work in dryland, and strengthen measures such as fertilizer and water management and cultivating and weeding to promote crop growth and resist pests and diseases.
2. As the temperature drops further, all localities should strengthen the management of fruit trees, facility agriculture and animal husbandry, and do a good job of insulation.
3. Recently, the precipitation in the western Sichuan Plateau has been less and less, the air is dry, and the forest fire risk level continues to rise. Forest fires should be strengthened in all forest areas to ensure forest safety.
