Pipeline acceptance criteria
First, to the drainage
1. The quality of the water supply and drainage pipe and fittings must meet the standard requirements. The drain pipe should be made of rigid PVC drainage pipe and parts.
2. Before the work, it is necessary to check whether the original pipeline is unblocked, and then proceed with construction. After the construction, check whether the pipeline is unblocked. Concealed water supply pipelines should be inspected for water. Newly installed water supply pipelines must be pressure tested in accordance with the relevant regulations. There should be no leakage, and inspections can only be carried out in the next process.
Second, gas pipeline
1, pressure test
The pressure test is the use of an air compressor to inject compressed air into the gas pipeline and to test the tightness of the pipeline interface and material by means of air pressure. According to the purpose of inspection, it is divided into strength test and air tightness test.
2, strength test
The strength test is to use a higher air pressure to check the tightness of the pipe interface (including the pipe). The test pressure depends on the pipeline pressure level system and the pipe material. Under normal circumstances, the test pressure is the design of the gas transmission pressure. 5 times, but the steel pipe shall not be lower than 0.3Mpa, the plastic pipe shall not be lower than 0.1Mpa, and the cast iron pipe shall not be lower than 0.05Mpa.
3, air tightness test
The airtightness test uses air pressure to verify the tightness of the pipe and its interface under conditions similar to gas transmission. Therefore, the airtightness test shall be carried out after all the gas pipelines have been installed. If buried, it must be backfilled to a depth of 0.5m above the top of the pipe.
