4.5 Run the server to serial port software zwsvr2ck.exe
Set the IP, port number, and terminal number according to Figure 7 to be 10000000008. Just start the server and it will display online after startup, as shown in Figure 10.

4.6 DVP-10SX Settings
Mainly to set the PLC 232 programming port baud rate setting and the same DTU setting 115200, 8, 0, 1, both use RTU mode modbus. Download program.

4.7 DVP-10SX online monitoring via wireless communication
PLC and DTU are connected through 232 serial cable. Please pay attention to check wiring method 2-3-5, RX-TX cross docking.
Open the PLC programming software WPLSOFT2.12 and select "Communication Settings" and confirm according to Figure 9. Then select online mode to start communication.
The data of the PLC programming software is sent out through the virtual serial port, and then the server forwarding program converts the data of the virtual serial port into TCP/IP, and the DTU receives the data and converts it into 232 to the PLC. Because our PLC supports the standard MODBUS protocol, other configuration software can directly communicate with our PLC in this way as long as it supports the standard modbus protocol. As shown in Figure 12.

5 Application
Delta PLC uses the standard modbus protocol, which is compatible with a wide range of devices and is widely used. In this case, after using this scheme on the woodworking equipment, the user can conveniently realize the wireless communication function of the monitoring room PC and the field device, achieving the purpose of real-time monitoring, remote operation, convenience and reliability.
6 Conclusion
According to the technical requirements of customer equipment, the woodworking machinery remote control system combines Delta PLC, DTU and other automation control products to develop a stable and reliable remote monitoring system for customers. It has been fully recognized by customers and users, and once again proved that Zhongda Dentsu is a trusted partner for customers. The operation practice shows that the system performance is stable, safe and reliable, and cost-effective, which is worthy of reference and promotion by industry peers.
