The pre-paid projects of Southwest University for Nationalities mainly include 13 new student residences in the Minhang Airport Campus and 14 pre-paid electricity sales management systems for electric energy meters.
The project has two buildings, all of which are six floors. There are 532 rooms in total, of which 13 are 289 rooms in the academy, 243 rooms in 14 Tibetan colleges, and 195 single-phase multi-user electric energy meters are used in our company.
1 Demand analysis
Dormitory is the place where students learn and study, safety is the first priority! When students use electricity, it is inevitable that there are violations. It is completely inadequate to rely solely on propaganda and student consciousness, and it is very easy to generate electricity accidents. Electricity accidents in colleges and universities not only cause trouble to the school, but also cause harm to students. After the introduction of the safety intelligent prepaid power management system, fires and injuries caused by the use of electrical appliances will not occur again. The system can automatically, accurately and quickly identify the situation of overloaded power, illegal use of electricity, etc., and can start the circuit protection function in time, completely eliminating major safety hazards with modern intelligent means. Nowadays, the logistics management of student apartments has become socialized. The original management mode requires a lot of manpower support. The introduction of apartment-style safe electricity smart prepaid power management system will greatly reduce the logistics management workload. Saved human and financial resources for the school. 1.1 Energy metering function and prepaid function

2 system plan
According to the actual situation of the Southwest University of China, the Acre-3000 system uses the shielded twisted pair cable to connect directly to the data collector and then connects to the monitoring host of the duty room through the optical fiber to ensure the stability of the transmission of the power management monitoring system. There are 195 ADF100s on the site, which are divided into 24 RS485 buses to connect to the communication management machine. The communication management machine is connected to the monitoring host through the optical fiber to the duty room to realize the data connection between the instrument on the bus and the monitoring host.
